CCA WATTIS / Architecture and Design Buildings/ impressions
Sunday I went to the CCA Wattis Institute of Contemporary Art in San Francisco, to visit the graduate open studios in the Fine Art Building. As I was waiting for friends, I visited the Design and Architecture Building where there were also open studios. I was impressed by the space, huge and inviting, and took some pictures. Those pictures do not reflect the activity in the open studios (which were off the main central space). I was thinking about the students, certainly lucky to study there. And about all the art schools around the country and the world. All those amazing laboratories where new possibilities of thinking and creating germinate.

Reminds me so much of Bergamot Station in Santa Monica.
Ah! Bergamot Station, I'd love to do an art run there again soon :)
